Why we are different
Key Projects
Developed a Layout of Passenger Accommodations (LOPA) to convert multiple aircraft from economy seating to premium business class configurations for charter operations. The project required a rapid turnaround to minimize aircraft downtime and maintain flight schedules.
Performed detailed inspections and extensive repairs on more than 70 aircraft, including A330-200, A330-300, B757-200, MD80, B777-200, and B737-800 models, following severe on ground hail damage. A notable customer for this project was American Airlines.
Provided niche repair solutions for both composite and sheet metal structures. Our services cover the full spectrum, from developing the engineering repair data to performing the hands-on repair work.
When a 3D printing approach did not meet quality standards, we designed and manufactured a vacuum form tool to produce new lenses, delivering a reliable solution for ACD Consultants.
For clients unable to source critical components on the open market, ADS manufactures replacement parts. An example includes producing a wing spar for a Caravan aircraft.
